The correct answer is:
On the surface of the sphere $A$
After connection of wire, potential becomes equal
$\therefore \frac{Q_1}{r_1}=\frac{Q_2}{r_2} \Rightarrow \frac{Q_1}{Q_2}=\frac{r_1}{r_2}$ when $r_1 \gt r_2$, then $Q_1 \gt Q_2$
$\therefore \frac{Q_1}{r_1}=\frac{Q_2}{r_2} \Rightarrow \frac{Q_1}{Q_2}=\frac{r_1}{r_2}$ when $r_1 \gt r_2$, then $Q_1 \gt Q_2$
