The correct answer is: 3:1
Let $E_1$ be the energy of the first energy level
Then $E_2=\frac{E_1}{4}$
Highest level $\mathrm{E}_{\infty}=0$
$\therefore \mathrm{E}_2-\mathrm{E}_1=\frac{\mathrm{E}_1}{4}-\mathrm{E}_1=-\frac{3}{4} \mathrm{E}_1$
$E_{\infty}-E_2=0-\frac{E_1}{4}=-\frac{E_1}{4}$
$\therefore \frac{E_2-E_1}{E_{\infty}-E_2}=3$
