The correct answer is: 1:2:1
A typical Dihybrid Cross AaBb x AaBb will produce 16 types of offsprings as follows:

Homozygous/ Pure genotypes: AABB 1, AAbb 1, aaBB 1, aabb 1  : Total 4

Monohybrid genotypes: AaBB 2, AABb 2, aaBb 2, Aabb 2 : Total 8

Dihybrid genotypes : AaBb 4 : Total 4

Thus the ratio of pures : monohybrids : dihybrids in the F2 generation of a dihybrid cross is 4: 8: 4 which is 1:2:1
