$\frac{10}{\sqrt{3}} \mathrm{~kg}-\mathrm{W}$
From the diagram we get,
$$
\begin{aligned}
\tan 30^{\circ} & =\frac{1}{\sqrt{3}}=\frac{x}{10} \\
\Rightarrow \quad x & =\frac{10}{\sqrt{3}}
\end{aligned}
$$

$$
\begin{aligned}
\tan 30^{\circ} & =\frac{1}{\sqrt{3}}=\frac{x}{10} \\
