$n$ is always greater than $\ell$
and $\mathrm{m}=-\ell \ldots \ldots .0 \ldots \ldots .+\ell$
If $n=2$, then $\ell=0,1$
and $\mathrm{m}_{\ell}=0,\{-1,0,+1\}$
and $\mathrm{m}=-\ell \ldots \ldots .0 \ldots \ldots .+\ell$
If $n=2$, then $\ell=0,1$
and $\mathrm{m}_{\ell}=0,\{-1,0,+1\}$
