The correct answer is:
zero
We know that, uniform velocity is independent of time. So in velocity-time graph, the graph will be drawn as straight line parallel to time axis.

Since, slope of line $=\tan \theta$
where $\theta$ be the angle with horizontal axis.
$\therefore$ From graph, $\theta=0^{\circ}$
Hence, slope $=\tan 0^{\circ}=0$

Since, slope of line $=\tan \theta$

$\therefore$ From graph, $\theta=0^{\circ}$
Hence, slope $=\tan 0^{\circ}=0$
