The balance $B$ will read more than $5 \mathrm{~kg}$, The balance $A$ will read less than $2 \mathrm{~kg}$ and $B$ will read more than $5 \mathrm{~kg}$
Force of upthrust will be there on mass $m$ shown in figure, so $A$ weighs less than $2 \mathrm{~kg}$. Balance will show sum of load of beaker and reaction of upthrust so it reads more than $5 \mathrm{~kg}$.
