700
Total number of three digit numbers
$=5 \times 5 \times 4=100$
Total number of five digit numbers
$=5 \times 5 \times 4 \times 3 \times 2=600$
$\therefore$ Total number of required numbers
$=100+600=700$
$=5 \times 5 \times 4=100$
Total number of five digit numbers
$=5 \times 5 \times 4 \times 3 \times 2=600$
$\therefore$ Total number of required numbers
$=100+600=700$
