Biopiracy is exploitation of bioresources of any company. This is done by other companies for commercial use with or without patent rights. Bioresouces mean organisms that can provide benefits commercially. These are abundant in developing countries but less in developed countries. But the developed countries have an advantage as they have good technologies. Developing countries have resources and also traditional methods and these are used by developed countries and with the help of their rich technology these countries get patent rights easily without proper laws.
