$\frac{\mathrm{K}}{\mathrm{L}}$
From wheat stone bridge, we have
$\begin{aligned} & \frac{R_1}{R_3}=\frac{L}{K} \\ & P=I^2 R \\ & \frac{P_3}{P_1}=\frac{I^2 R_3}{I^2 R_1}=\frac{K}{L}\end{aligned}$
$\begin{aligned} & \frac{R_1}{R_3}=\frac{L}{K} \\ & P=I^2 R \\ & \frac{P_3}{P_1}=\frac{I^2 R_3}{I^2 R_1}=\frac{K}{L}\end{aligned}$
