The correct answer is: 650 nm
Given that, 2 eV ϕ5 eV

Wavelength corresponding to the minimum and maximum values of work function are

λmax=hcE=4×10-15×3×1082

=  6×10-7m=600 nm

And λmin=hcE=4×10-15×3×1085

=  2.4×10-7m=240 nm

Clearly wavelength range would be 240λ600

Thus, the wavelength 650 nm is not suitable for the photoelectric effect.
