From the graph Time period of wave T=8 s. and Amplitude A=1 cm

ω= 2π T = π 4rad s-1
and x=Asinωt=sinπ4t

acceleration at any time t is
a=-ω2x=-π42sinπ4t

Substituting t=43 s, we get

a= -332π2 cm s-2
