The correct answer is:
2230.59
$v_{\operatorname{oxg} .}=\sqrt{\frac{3 R \times 289}{32}}\left(v_{\mathrm{rms}}=\sqrt{\frac{3 R T}{\mathrm{M}}}\right)$
$\mathrm{v}_{\mathrm{H}}=\sqrt{\frac{3 \mathrm{R} \times 400}{2}}$ so $\mathrm{v}_{\mathrm{H}}=2230.59 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{sec}$
$\mathrm{v}_{\mathrm{H}}=\sqrt{\frac{3 \mathrm{R} \times 400}{2}}$ so $\mathrm{v}_{\mathrm{H}}=2230.59 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{sec}$
