The correct answer is: 3T2+1

Let T0 be the temperature of point C and x be the length of rod AB or BC.

Then, CA=x2+x2=2x

At steady state, the rate of heat flowing from B to C= rate of heat flowing from C to A.

So, KA2T-T0x=KAT0-T2x

22T-T0=T0-T

By solving, T0=3T(2+1)
