The correct answer is: 73

Given,

Two dices are thrown so total sample space will be 36,

Now let the sum of numbers appearing on dice be a multiple of 4 be event A,

So outcomes of event A will be 2,2,1,3,3,1,5,3,3,5,6,2,2,6,4,4,6,69

So probability will be PA=936=14

Now let the event 4 has already occured be B,

So outcomes will be 1,4,4,1,2,4,4,2,3,4,4,3,4,4,4,5,5,4,4,6,6,411

So probability will be PB=1136

So PAB=136

Now PB|A=PABPA=136936=19

So, 3p+2=3×19+2=73
