Hints: $A=$ getting even no on 1st dice
$$
\mathrm{B}=\text { getting sum } 8
$$
So $|\mathrm{A}|=18 \quad|\mathrm{~B}|=5 \quad|\mathrm{~A} \cap \mathrm{B}|=3$
$$
\text { So } P(A \cup B)=\frac{18+5-3}{36}=\frac{20}{36} \text {}
$$
$$
\mathrm{B}=\text { getting sum } 8
$$
