The process 1-2 is isobaric therefore work done by the gas is

W12=nRΔT=2×R×300

W12=600R=4980 J

The process 3-1 is isochoric therefore work done by the gas is zero.

Therefore,

W1231=W12+W23

Also for cyclic process,

ΔW=ΔQ

W12+W23+0=ΔQ

4980J+W23=-300J

W23=-5280J
