The correct answer is:
$2: 1$
Ratio of velocities
$\begin{aligned} & \frac{v_1}{v_2}=\frac{A \omega_1}{A \omega_2}=\frac{\omega_1}{\omega_2} \\ = & \frac{2 \pi}{\frac{T_1}{2 \pi}}=\frac{T_2}{T_2} \Rightarrow=\frac{6}{3}\end{aligned}$
$v_1: v_2=2: 1$
$\begin{aligned} & \frac{v_1}{v_2}=\frac{A \omega_1}{A \omega_2}=\frac{\omega_1}{\omega_2} \\ = & \frac{2 \pi}{\frac{T_1}{2 \pi}}=\frac{T_2}{T_2} \Rightarrow=\frac{6}{3}\end{aligned}$
$v_1: v_2=2: 1$
