The correct answer is: Plane polarized at 30° to the vertical and having intensity of 3I08
The first polaroid alinsisates half the light so that the intensity is reduced by half I=I02. The light reaching the second polarizer is vertically polarized and so intensity is reduced to

I"=Icos30°2=34I02

=3I08

Therefore, transmitted light is plane polarised to the vertical at 30° and having intensity 3I08
