Pancreatic juice contains inactive enzymes – trypsinogen, chymotrypsinogen, procarboxypeptidases, amylases, lipases and nucleases. These enzymes are inactive forms of enzymes and need to be activated by other enzymes or by the pH of the small intestine to start the process of digestion.
