The correct answer is: They can have colourblind sons but not colourblind daughters
These charts are called Ishihara's charts and are used for detection of colourblindness. Since both the parents can identify the numbers clearly, they are not colorblind. The mother may not have colourblindness gene or may be a carrier. So the genotype of the mother could be XX or XXc. Father will definitely not have colourblindness gene and will have phenotype XY. If mother is a carrier then half of their sons may be colourblind but the daughter will never be colourblind
