Let us consider plane of geostationary and polar satellite are shown in figure.

Clearly,
(a) when the polar satellite revolve along North South pole. So, angle between the equitorial plane and orbital plane of a polar satellite is $90^{\circ}$.
(b) When geostationary satellite revolve along west to east direction along equatorial plane. So, angle between equatorial plane and orbital plane of a geostationary satellite is $0^{\circ}$.

Clearly,
