The correct answer is: 12
40mL of 0.1 M HCl=0.11000×40

=0.004 mole 

10 mL of 0.45 M NaOH=0.451000×10=0.0045 mole

NaOH left unused =0.0005 mole

Volume of solution =50 mL

Molarity of NaOH=0.000550×1000

=0.01M

Or OH-=10-2 or H+=10-12 pH=12
