Apparent frequency when source of moving towards observer, f1=100=f0cc-vs     ...1

Here, f0=frequency of observer, c=speed of sound and vs= speed of source.

Apparent frequency when source of moving away from observer, 

f2=50=f0cc+vs     ...2

From above two equations, we have 

f1f2=2=c+vsc-vs

2c-2vs=c+vs

3vs=c

Putting the value in equation 1, we have

100=f0c2c3=32f0

f0=2003 Hz

Hence, x=200.
