The correct answer is:
Cell membrane
Although E. coli is a prokaryotic cell with a peptidoglycan cell wall and Chlamydomonas is eukaryotic with a cellulosic cell wall, but they have cell membrane as a common structure which is essentially the same and is made up of phospholipid bilayer. Other components as mentioned above namely- ribosomes, cell wall & nuclear organization differ in these organisms.
