Cell membrane is chemically made of lipoprotein $(60 \%)$ and carbohydrates (2-10\%). The lipids of cells membrane are of three types phospholipids, glycolipids and sterols. Proline, on the other hand, is an amino acid which is not a constituent of the plasma membrane.
