$\int_0^{10 \pi}|\sin x| d x=10\left[\int_0^{\pi / 2} \sin x d x+\int_{\pi / 2}^\pi \sin x d x\right]$
$=10 \times[\cos x]_0^{\pi / 2}+[\cos x]_{\pi / 2}^\pi ; \quad 10[1+1]=10 \times 2=20$
