The correct answer is: 2.01×108
Given that, the initial amount of radium

N0=1 mg

and number of atoms in 1 mg radium =2.68×108 atoms

T1/2=1620  years

Number of half-lives

n=TT1/2

=32401620

n=2

Amount after 3240 years

N=N012n

=1122

N=14 mg

N=14×2.68×108  atoms

=0.67×108 atoms

  Number of disintegrate atoms

=2.68×108-0.67×108

=2.01×108
