The correct answer is:
the ammeters connected to both semiconductor and conductor will register the same current
Since conductor and semiconductor are connected in parallel hence voltage across them is same. If ammeters show same reading hence their resistances $\mathrm{R}=\frac{\mathrm{V}}{\mathrm{I}}$ are same. If voltage is increased by small value then following the same relation $\mathrm{V} \propto \mathrm{I}$ for constant $R$, both conductor and semiconductor show same current.
