The correct answer is: 75.4
Angular velocity of the mirror =0.4 rev s-1

=0.4×2π=0.8π rad s-1

Angular velocity of the reflected ray

=2×0.8π=1.6π rad s-1

Hence, the velocity of light spot over the screen

v=rω=15×1.6π=75.4 m s-1
