For carbohydrates, calorific value $=$ 4
Thus,
Raw sugar (carbohydrate) produce $=5 \times 4=20 \mathrm{kcal}$
Albumin (protcin) produce $=4 \times 4$ $=16 \mathrm{kcal}$
Ghee and vegetable oil (fat) $=9 \times$ $(10+2)=108 \mathrm{kcal}$
Total calories yield $=20+16+108$ $=144 \mathrm{kcal}$
