Let, the length of the ladder be l and AB is the wall.

AD=EC=l
Now, BE-BD=2
lcosβ-lcosα=2
lcosβ-cosα=2
2lsinα+β2sinα-β2=2i
Also, BA-BC=5
lsinα-lsinβ=lsinα-sinβ=5
2lcosα+β2sinα-β2=5ii
Dividing equation i & ii, we get,
tanα+β2=25
