The correct answer is: 4332s

In the frame of elevator,

a = acceleration of the particle with respect to the elevator

     msin30 g+2=ma

a=g+2sin30o

=10+2 .12

=6 m/s2

   The distance travelled by the particle from the top to the bottom,

d=4cos30o=432=833m

Using s=ut+12 at2 ,

833=0×t+126t2

     t2=1633×6

      t=4332 s
