Let the atmospheric pressure be P0
Pressure just outside the bubble,

P=P0+hρg

Pressure of air inside the bubble

Pin=R+2σr; σ is surface tension

Pin=P0+hρg+2σr

 P'-P0=15×1000×9.8+2×0.0751×10-3

=1960+150

=2110 Pa
