Crystal field splitting energy $\left(\Delta_0\right)$ is higher for complex containing strong field ligands. According to spectrochemical series order of field strength is
$\mathrm{Cl}^{-} < \mathrm{NH}_3 < \mathrm{CN}^{-}$
There increasing order of crystal field splitting energy of complex ions will be:
$$
\left[\mathrm{Cr}(\mathrm{Cl})_6\right]^{3-} < \left[\mathrm{Cr}\left(\mathrm{NH}_3\right)_6\right]^{3+} < \left[\mathrm{Cr}(\mathrm{CN})_6\right]^{3-} .
$$
$\mathrm{Cl}^{-} < \mathrm{NH}_3 < \mathrm{CN}^{-}$
There increasing order of crystal field splitting energy of complex ions will be:
$$
\left[\mathrm{Cr}(\mathrm{Cl})_6\right]^{3-} < \left[\mathrm{Cr}\left(\mathrm{NH}_3\right)_6\right]^{3+} < \left[\mathrm{Cr}(\mathrm{CN})_6\right]^{3-} .
$$
