The correct answer is:
$\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}_2>\mathrm{O}_3>\mathrm{O}_2$
$\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}_2$ has only single bond with bond length $1.41 Å$,
$\mathrm{O}_2$ has double bond with bond length $1.33 Å$.
$\mathrm{O}_3$ has a partial double bond due to resonance of lone pairs of electrons.

So, correct order is
$\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}_2>\mathrm{O}_3>\mathrm{O}_2$
$\mathrm{O}_2$ has double bond with bond length $1.33 Å$.
$\mathrm{O}_3$ has a partial double bond due to resonance of lone pairs of electrons.

So, correct order is
$\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}_2>\mathrm{O}_3>\mathrm{O}_2$
