The correct answer is: 213 V

Equivalent for parallel combination of 5 Ω & 15 Ω is 

Req1=15×515+5=154 Ω

Similarly for three parallel resistor's equivalent 

1Req 2=124+112+18    Req 2=4 Ω

Now current through 45 V branch,

I=45Req 1=4515/4=12 A

Voltage across a & b is

V=Req×I=4+10+154×12=213 V
