The correct answer is: 36

Given,

a=14, b=6 & a×b=48

Now we know that,

a×b2+a·b2=a2b2sin2θ+a2b2cos2θ

a×b2+a·b2=a2b2

as cos2θ+sin2θ=1

48+a·b2=14×6

a·b2=84-48=36.
