The correct answer is: -16

We have been given that B=13α123αα4,α>2

And adj(A)=B,|A|=2

|adj(A)|=|B|

We know that adjA=An-1

22=(8-3α)-3(4-3α)+α(-α)

α2-6α+8=0

(α-4)(α-2)=0

α=4,2 but α>2 so α=4

Now  α-2ααBα-2αα= 4-841341234444-84

=121284-84=48-96+32=-16

Hence this is the correct option.
