The correct answer is: II and III
Major Abiotic factors that affect the survival of species are: temperature, water, light and soil. When moving from equator to the polar region or from plain to mountain tops; there is progressive decreases in temperature. The temperature on land never remains constant but varies seasonally. Aquatic organisms are largely affected by concentration of salt in water. In hypersaline lagoons, it is > 100% whereas in the sea it is 30-35% and just 5% in inland waters.
