There momentum is conserved as it is inelastic collision
When object of mass 20 kg is moving with speed $10 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}$ in west direction collide with object of mass 10 kg and stick together, hence it is perfectly inelastic collision. In inelastic collision, momentum is conserved only.
