We know that in the schottky defect, the equal number of anion and cation are missing, and it will decrease the Zeff and therefore changes in density also be observed.

Znew = 4-4×0.1100 = 3.9

Now, the new density of the crystal will be

ρ = Z×MANA×a3ρ = 3.9×386.023×1023×125×10-30ρ = 2.1
