2Br- + Cl2    2Cl- +  Br2 

Or 2Br-  Br20 + 2e (Valence factor for  Br- = 1 )

Cl20 + 2e  2Cl- (Valence factor for  Cl2 = 2 )

Meq. of Cl2 = Meq. of Br-

0.05×2×V = 50×0.6×1

V = 300 mL.
