Atrial Natriuretic factor is released by atrial walls of heart in response to high blood pressure. It dilates the blood vessel thus resulting in reducing blood pressure. Aldosterone is a mineralocorticoid secreted by adrenal cortex. It reabsorbs water and sodium by acting on renal tubules thus maintaining body fluid volume and blood pressure.
