The correct answer is: decreases in the first circuit and increases in the other
$I_{L}=\frac{V}{X_{L}}$ and $I_{C}=\frac{V}{X_{C}}$
ie, $I_{L} \propto \frac{1}{\omega}$ and $I_{C} \propto \omega$
$\therefore$ with increase in $\omega, I_{L}$ decreases while $I_{C}$ increases.
