During interphase of cell cycle synthesis of RNA and proteins occurs during G1, S and G2 phase. Cytoplasmic growth occur and synthesis of spindle protein tubulin occurs during G2 phase of interphase. Disappearance of golgi body and ER occurs during prophase of M - phase of cell cycle.
