The centre of mass of the remaining object is

xcm=m1x1-m2x2m1-m2=σA1x1-σA2x2σA1-σA2

where m1 and A1 are the mass and area of the total disc and m2 and A2 are the mass and area of the cut-out portion. σ is the mass per unit length of the disc.

A1=π(3R)2A2=πR2

x1=0x2=2R

xcm=-R/4
