The correct answer is: 6.39×10-4 m2
Let A be the area of contact of each tyre with the ground, when the person rides the bicycle.

Then, pressure exerted by the person on the each tyre,

P=weight of the person and bicyclearea of contact of two tyres=Mg2×A

=90×9.82×A=441A

Since the gauge pressure in both the tyres of the bicycle is 6.9×105 Pa, we have

441A=6.9×105

Or A=4416.9×105=6.39×10-4 m2
