Enzymes are polysaccharides.
Almost all known enzymes are proteins and not carbohydrates. So, enzymes are not polysaccharides. Enzymes reduce activation energy of bio process and are very set specific for a perticular reaction and substrate. Enzymes are also acts as biocatalysts.
