A General point on L1 is x-12=y+12=z-14=r
Pr=1+2r, -1+2r, 1+4r
Substituting the coordinates of this point in the equation of L2
1+2r-31=-1+2r2=1+4r1
2r-2=4r+1 r= -32
So the intersection point is (-2, -4, -5)
